1. Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of completing payment.

  • Once the order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • A nominal processing fee of 6.9% + $1 may apply to cover administrative and payment costs.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Before returning any item, please contact our support team at service@newessentialswear.shop for return authorization.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued if:

    • The item arrives damaged or incorrect

    • The product fails to arrive within the guaranteed delivery period

  • Supporting evidence, such as photos, videos, order numbers, or customer details, may be required.

  • Refunds for buyer’s remorse are allowed, but the customer bears return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Exchanges

  • Items undelivered due to carrier errors will be replaced free of charge.

  • If a customer provides incorrect shipping details, any additional shipping or replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect customer information or missed delivery attempts

  • Products in transit

  • Pre-order or custom-made items, unless defective

  • Unauthorized returns or items returned without approval

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

  • Returns affected by customs, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered, we will attempt to contact you using the email provided at checkout.

  • If no response is received and the package is returned or destroyed, NEWESSENTIALSWEAR is not responsible for any loss.

7. International Orders

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees according to local regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping details carefully.

  • Returns or cancellations due to customs charges or shipping fees are generally not accepted.
